Prepare a file you can check
A smaller download is useful only if it still does the job. These guides explain what to change, what to preserve and what to inspect before submitting a photo, signature or PDF.
Start with the receiving form’s current instructions. File size, pixel dimensions and permitted formats are separate requirements; a converter cannot decide those rules for you.
Each guide links to a practical FileNimbo workflow. Documents are processed in your browser, and a new download leaves your original available to compare. Keep that original until you have checked the result and completed your submission.
