Privacy Policy
Files are processed on your device, not uploaded to FileNimbo.
File processing: Files you select are handled by browser APIs in your local session. We do not operate a file upload endpoint, store your files, or access the content of your documents.
Local usage: Temporary output files are generated in memory and downloaded only when you choose. Browser memory is released after navigation or refresh.
Hosting logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider can process standard technical request information such as your IP address, browser user agent and requested page URLs to deliver and secure the website. These requests do not include the files you process in your browser.
Optional operational analytics: When enabled by the operator and allowed by your local privacy preference, we send only known page/tool identifiers, operation events, coarse size and duration buckets, and safe error codes. We never send files, filenames, extracted text, thumbnails, arbitrary form values or a persistent visitor identifier. Use the usage analytics control in the footer to opt out; every tool works with it off. Raw events expire after the configured short retention (7 days by default); daily counts expire after 365 days. Admin reports describe measured events rather than unique people.
Ads and external reports: Advertising is disabled. Google reporting integrations stay disconnected until the owner separately authorizes them. No third-party executable scripts run in the document workspace.
Third-party libraries: PDF tools use pinned open-source libraries hosted on this website. File contents stay inside your browser's processing session.
