How to prepare your NEET UG photo and signature
- Take a clear, recent photo in good light against a plain white background, or scan your signature on white paper.
- Choose the picture in the tool above. For the photo, use the sliders to keep your face in the centre.

NEET UG photo and signature rules
- Photo: recent passport-size photo on a white background. Your face, including the ears, should cover about 80% of the photo. No mask.
- A live photo is also taken with your webcam or phone (QR code) while filling the form.
- Signature: your own clearly legible signature, scanned as JPG.
- The photo must be taken on or after 1 January 2026. The live photo is matched with your Aadhaar photo.
- Fingers and thumb impressions of both hands: JPG. The bulletin gives 10–200 KB in one place and 50–300 KB in another, so FileNimbo keeps them at 50–200 KB, which meets both.
